In an intriguing turn of events, the Wayne County Michigan Election Board Republicans first voted not to certify the Nov. 3rd election, citing serious irregularities. Shortly thereafter, the two republican officials certified the election. Furthermore, both officials then rescinded their votes to certify and claim that their families were treated in affidavits, which forced them to certify the results.
