Illhan Omar, a Democratic representative of Congress during a speech this week demanded that the United Nations be brought in to ‘handle’ the crisis at the Southern Border of the United States.
The move would completely undermine US sovereignty, and possibly could bring United Nations troops to US soil.
Omar made the comments during a speech to her constituents and stated that the United States is losing its “moral high ground.”
