During a routine traffic stop, Authorities could not have expected that the person they had pulled over would turn out to be a mass shooter. State Troopers in West Texas came under fire, the suspect fled, "and continued shooting innocent people."
According to authorities and local hospitals a total of 21 civilians were shot by the aforementioned individual. The subject also fired on police and injured three officers. Further, at this time five people have died from gunshot wounds.
