On the seventieth anniversary of the Communist Takeover of China, members of the Chinese Progressive Association, CPA, organized raising the flag of Communist China over Boston City Hall Plaza.
The flag was raised to celebrate the "National Day" and is reportedly raised every year. This year, City Councilor Ed Flynn was on site to support the members of the CPA.
