On February 25th, 2019 the Twitter account for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations and the Chattanooga Police Department announced that a Janet Hinds was to be added to the top ten most wanted list as she was involved in a hit-and-run that took the life of a Chattanooga Police Officer, Nicholas Galinger.
